Often Jen is the first smiling face a patient sees as he or she enters our Kalamazoo office. Jen has been brightening up the day of our patients for over 5 years. When you call the Centers you will often have the pleasure of talking to her and she will be glad to help you find the answer to the hearing health questions you may have.
When Jen isn’t at her corner workstation she enjoys putting balls in the corner pocket. An avid pool player, you might want to think twice before accepting a challenge to play against her. Jen also enjoys spending time with her wonderful family and her daughter.
When asked what Jen loves most about working here she says “I love the people we help.”
