Patient Care Philosophy:
I enjoy helping people find ways to become more successful with their hearing instruments and to better understand their hearing loss. I feel the key to helping people cope with hearing loss is to be honest and to be a good listener. Hearing loss is frustrating to all those involved. I understand this and I hope that by listening and sharing my knowledge of hearing loss I can help ease some of the frustration.
