Take This Class If You Have a Hearing Aid and Still Can’t Hear Well
KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Adjusting to a new pair of hearing aids can take some time and patience. Take our bi-monthly class for hearing aid users and their families to learn more about how you can get the most out of your hearing aids. This class will help you understand how to take care of your hearing aid and how to improve communication.
Topics will range from understanding hearing loss to basic speech reading techniques. An audiologist with CBHC will present classes in two 1-½ hour sessions on Wednesdays from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. at the Gull Road office, across from the Borgess Medical Center. Two weeks advanced registration is required.

To register for the class, call Constance Brown Hearing Centers, 343-2601 or 877-343-2601 (toll-free). The fees are as follows; $5 for patients and their family members and $25 for the public. Your registration fee covers handouts, materials, and presentations on various topics.
Constance Brown Hearing Centers was established as a non-profit agency in 1942 to prevent hearing loss and help the hearing impaired regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. That mission has expanded to include diagnostic testing, hearing aids, advocacy and specialized programs that serve area residents from birth to old age.
