Constance Brown Hearing Centers are led by Ginger Worth, SPHR. Ms. Worth received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University. She is an active member of the Kalamazoo Human Resource Management Association and a board member of the Kalamazoo Kiwanis Club. She is also active in the Greater Kalamazoo United Way Executive Director’s Council, the Greater Kalamazoo United Way’s Allocation Committee, and a member of Bronson Methodist Hospital’s Patient and Family Advisory Council.
Prior to joining the staff as Clinical Director for CBHC, Mr. Smith was a staff audiologist for four years at Higgins Hearing Aids. Prior to Higgins Hearing Aids, he was Clinical Director at The William and Leni Carls Speech and Hearing Clinic of Munson Medical Center in Traverse City for twenty-three years. He has a Michigan Audiology License. Mr. Smith received his Masters of Science from Western Michigan University and his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Michigan University. He received his Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in 1977. In 1984 he received the Distinguished Service Award from the Michigan Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Mr. Smith has been professionally active in the Traverse City Lions Club, Grand Traverse Area United Way, Leadership Grand Traverse, and the Michigan Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
In 2007, Ms. Zablocki became the Administrative Manager for Constance Brown Hearing Centers. Prior to joining Constance Brown Hearing Centers, Ms. Zablocki was an office and accounting manager for Precision Windows Inc. for 16 years. Her past community involvement has included the Kalamazoo Jaycees and the Michigan Wine and Harvest Festival. She has received numerous awards from the Jaycees on both the local and state level for chairing projects. Ms. Zablocki continues as an active consultant for The Pampered Chef. She has also volunteered with organizations such as The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of South West Michigan.
Along with fundraising to help support community services such as its Children’s Hearing Assistance Fund, Jim also directs agency marketing and communications efforts. Jim has a BA in Political Science from Calvin College and a MPA from Grand Valley State University with a nonprofit emphasis. Jim has worked in the nonprofit arena for over 10 years. When asked about what he loves about working at Constance Brown Hearing Centers, he notes “For most of my life, I have worked to bring people together - whether its city leaders with neighborhood residents or supporters of nonprofits to the people they support. It is great to see a place like CBHC offer people a tool (hearing assistance) so that they can stay connected to their family and loved ones. To me, that’s what life is all about - connecting with each other.”
