There are many ways you can help support CBHC in providing hearing healthcare to all:
- Refer your family and friends to CBHC for their hearing needs.
- Make donations to CBHC annually in the form of cash, checks, credit cards or stock.
- Include CBHC in your will and estate plans.
- Name CBHC as a beneficiary in a life insurance policy.
- Remember loved ones with a memorial gift to CBHC.

Make a Gift that Lasts a Lifetime
With a planned gift to Constance Brown Hearing Centers, you can combine your desire to give to charity with your overall financial, ax, and estate planning goals. When naming CBHC as a beneficiary, please include the following statement.
“I give, devise and bequest to the Constance Brown Hearing Centers, 1634
Gull Road, Suite 201, Kalamazoo, MI 49048, a non profit agency, the sum of
$ (or describe personal property, real estate or other property),
to be used for the general purpose of the said organization as its Board of
Directors, at their discretion, may direct.”

Constance Brown Hearing Centers offers the opportunity to make an online gift to the Constance Brown Endowment Fund at the Kalamazoo Community Foundation. Donations make to the Constance Brown Endowment Fund will be used to provide assistance to those who do not have the ability to pay for their hearing services or hearing aids.

Your gift to the Constance Brown Endowment Fund is a gift to a component fund of the Kalamazoo Community Foundation. Because the Community Foundation has exclusive legal control over the contributed assets, your gift is subject to the Community Foundation's authority to redirect donations received to another beneficiary without approval if the purpose of the fund is deemed no longer widely beneficial or necessary, incapable of fulfillement, or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community.
Also your gift to an endowment fund may be eligible for a state income tax credit of up to 50 percent. Contact the foundation for more information.
