Leadership
Ginger Worth, B.B.A., SPHR, Executive Director
Ms. Worth became Executive Director of Constance Brown Hearing Centers in 2007 – the first female Executive Director in the nearly 75 years of the Center’s existence. She has worked in the healthcare field since her training as an insurance biller at the ripe old age of 17, with stops at Ridgeview Manor, Westside Family Medical Center, and Western Michigan University before joining CBHC as the Administrative Manager in 1994. On the way, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University, and later her Senior Professional Human Resources certification. Helping people is what she enjoys most, and she currently volunteers as a member on Bronson Hospital’s Patient Advisory Committee and sits on various committees. She currently resides in Mattawan, MI with her husband. On many sunny weekends, you will find her kayaking down a twisty river or camping in various state parks around Michigan.
Kim Kragt, M.A., CCC-A, Clinical Director, Audiologist
Ms. Kragt joined the staff at Constance Brown Hearing Centers in 2005 and became the new Clinical Director in November 2013. Prior to coming on board at CBHC, Ms. Kragt worked in a private-practice audiology clinic in Grand Rapids. She graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, earned her Master of Arts degree from Michigan State University, and has received her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is a member of both the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology. Ms. Kragt enjoys working with both adults and children, and her passion is helping patients and their families to establish and work towards their individual hearing goals. Ms. Kragt lives in St Joseph, MI with her husband and two children.
Robin Zablocki, Administrative Manager
Ms. Zablocki has been the Administrative Manager for Constance Brown Hearing Centers since 2007. Prior to joining CBHC, she spent 16 years as the Office and Accounting Manager for Precision Windows Inc. She currently resides in Three Rivers with her husband and her Rottweiler, Max. In addition to her role at CBHC, Robin is an active consultant for The Pampered Chef.
Monika Trahe, Resource Development Director
Ms. Trahe joined Constance Brown Hearing Centers in December of 2013 as Resource Development Director. She has been working in the nonprofit field since 2003, and brings extensive fund development experience to the table. In addition to her duties at CBHC, Monika serves as the Executive Director for Kalamazoo In Bloom, another nonprofit agency involved in using flowers to beautify public spaces in the Kalamazoo metropolitan area. She is also a member of the Kalamazoo Kiwanis Club. Monika currently lives in Kalamazoo, and in her rare free time, she enjoys kayaking, swimming, and biking.
